Born November 18th 1988, Jesse Anthony Garcia, known as Popoff, was raised in Whittier California, a city in Los Angeles County. Growing up around Gangs, Shootings, and Drug Dealers. Popoff began to write and record music in 2009, hosting a series of mixtapes titled "Street Crave" which is now the name of his label and brand. Releasing multiple Albums and EP's, Popoff has worked with Hip Hop Veterans, Platinum Selling, and Grammy Winning producers.
